All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To return your order, follow these simple steps (If within 30 days):
- Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
- If a product is DOA (damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact us as soon as possible.
- Proceed and send the items to the address that we send to you. Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received.
- Processing time after your return arrives is approximately 10 days. We will refund/replace when we receive the package.
